Why I'm so thin #4

I'm photographing properties for work and spent the day today walking up and down the hills of Silverlake. I can't remember if I ate breakfast, which means I probably didn't. I did eat a granola bar and a banana though. Oh yea, I also got a chicken schwarma for lunch.

The day spent outside was really nice. This morning it was foggy, but by this afternoon it was over 80° and sunny. A great day for a 6-hour walk.

Why I'm so thin #3

While planning my vacation I have had a lot of anxiety about where to go and what to do. While spending all the time planning and getting organized I ended up eating less and having much more energy than usual. Being excited I was only sleeping for 4-5 hours a night for the week prior to the trip and was getting lots of work done both at home and at work.

I am sort of an obsessive compulsive person in that when I find something that I like or want it becomes all consuming and I do whatever it takes to achieve or obtain it. It may prevent me from eating and sleeping, but in the end I get what I want and make things happen.

Why I'm so thin #1

Today at lunch I was confused about what to eat. I thought about just going back to work. Sitting in the parking lot I decided to get a snack at least and rest my eyes. Instead of going to a fast food place I went to Whole Foods and got a variety of tropical fruits and vegetables. Now back at work I'm snacking on them, feeling great about my decision and probably making a bunch of people here feel guilty for eating Carls Jr.
